No matter when you call or whether the problem is large or small, you will talk directly to one of our Scheduling Coordinators who will dispatch a qualified service technician to solve your problem. We are dedicated to continual education through local vendors, in house training and factory direct training for our Service Technicians to provide the best service possible for our customers. We stand behind and guarantee our service work for a full year. All of J.E. Shekell Inc. service vehicles are equipped with GPS for greater dispatching and scheduling abilities.

Shekell, Inc. utilizes an in-house computerized maintenance management system capable of providing detailed history and maintenance information on each piece of equipment for our customers. J.E.
