The following items are not covered under the Residential Electrical Service Contracts:
Customer supplied fixtures, appliances, lifts or scaffolding, Repairs resulting from fire, flood or acts of God, Complete replacement of electrical panel or electrical service, Future changes required by government codes or insurance requirements, External power supply, disconnects and components of a Zone system, Controls leading to the furnace or air conditioning unit, Work performed after alterations have been made by anyone other then J.E. Shekell, Inc, Repairs or cleaning needed to place the electrical service or devices in proper working order before acceptance of the Electrical Service Contract, If home does not meet code requirements, customer is only eligible for comfort program, External or underground wiring of any kind, Obsolete equipment, Carpentry & drywall, Replacement or wiring between fixtures and panel, Knob and tube, permits.
