J.E. Shekell, Inc. and Guardian Automotive developed and budgeted a $2.5 million retrofit plan to engineer and install a state-of-the-art heating and air conditioning system that would provide cooling via Direct Digital Controlled (DDC) Carrier Chillers. This project cooled 400,00 square feet and replaced the system installed in the 1970’s.
